Position: Associate Dentist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist for a part time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a strong desire to grow and develop their skills.

FFS/PPO opportunity with 7 operatories.

Daily guarantee / collections 30-35%

2-3 days a week/flexibility

In office: CEREC,Digital Xrays and intraoral cameras

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings

- Diagnose and treat various dental conditions

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in dental technology

- Build and maintain relationships with patients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice

- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment
