Position: Associate Dentist

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Dentist to join our client on a full-time basis. This is a FFS opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of talented professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

FFS opportunity, out of network with all insurances. This is a digital practice.

Daily guarantee of $ 700.00 - $ 1,000.00 daily guarantee based on experience 35 % of collections whichever is higher.

Minimum of 2 years' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings

- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries

- Educate patients on oral health and preventative care

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop treatment plans for patients

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols

- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques

- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Current state dental license

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing dentist

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Proficiency in dental software and technology
