Position: Associate Dentist

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated experienced Associate Dentist to join our client. This is a full-time, permanent position with a highly reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.

7 operatory practice that is fully digital. CBCT, Itero, Romexis Pano /3D, soft tissue laser.

35 % collections competitive daily guarantee based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general dentistry procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns

- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license

- minimum of 2-3 years experience

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and treatments

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
