Position: Associate Dentist

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Associate Dentist to join our private practice client. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled dentist to join a well-established dental practice and further develop their skills and career.

4 days a week

FFS/PPO practice.

$ 800.00 daily guarantee.

Buy in is negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures, including but not limited to cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care techniques.

- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries.

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.

- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

- Active state dental license.

- - Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.
