Position: Associate Dentist

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our private practice client The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a strong desire to build lasting relationships with patients. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of dental professionals.

This is  primarily FFS opportunity.

Good new monthly patient flow.

35% adjusted production NOT collections.

$ 300,000+ per year averaging earning.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures such as exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions

- Diagnose and treat various dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and oral infections

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care techniques

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses as needed

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and staff members

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
