Position: Associate Dentist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our private practice client a full-time basis. This is a FFS/PPO opportunity. No Medicaid and No HMO's. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing top-quality dental care and a strong desire to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This opportunity is open to new graduates. Mentoring is available for advanced procedures. 

This is a state-of-the-art office with CBCT, scanners, digital X-rays and paperless charting.

W- 2 or a 1099.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals

- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and team members

- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited university

- Active state dental license

- Open to new graduates

- Excellent clinical and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

- Willingness to learn and grow as a dental professional
