Associate Dentist

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team in a full-time, permanent position. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients while also working closely with our team of experienced dentists and support staff.

This opportunity is open to newer graduates and mentorship is available.

Busy schedule, supportive team.  Strong patient base with strong flow of new patients.

Monday- Thursday and one Saturday per month.

Daily guarantee of $ 1,000.00-$ 1,200.00 indefinitely with quarterly bonus based on personal collections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine and complex dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.

- Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and provide appropriate treatment plans.

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care techniques.

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the highest level of patient care.

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses as needed.

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

- Active state dental license and DEA registration.

- - Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.
