Position: Associate Dentist
Position Overview:
As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will work as a single provider with our team of support staff to deliver comprehensive treatment plans and ensure patient satisfaction. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.

6 operatory practice
Skills needed: strong in oral surgery/extractions, molar endo and implant placement
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and develop treatment plans for patients
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in dental technology
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental practice
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and treatments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
