About the Role
In the context of strong and sustained growth, the client seeks a motivated Telesales Team Manager to lead and inspire our sales support team. The role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities, increasing awareness of te client services, and fostering relationships with SMEs, large corporations, private equity firms, and key business influencers such as legal and fiscal advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the activities of the telesales/account specialist team.
- Customer Engagement: Manage customer outreach (outbound calls, emails, etc.), cultivating relationships to generate interest, improve awareness of EIM's services, and create sales opportunities.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the Business Development team to design and execute marketing and communication campaigns targeting specific customer segments to expand EIM's brand awareness.
- Customer Insight: Analyze customer needs and market trends, providing recommendations to improve communication content, promotional strategies, service offerings, and the overall customer engagement process.
- Process Optimization: Enhance sales processes, CRM data quality, and IT tools to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Growth and Performance: Train, develop, and monitor team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Qualifications, Key Knowledge, and Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in telesales, account management, and leading sales teams.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Expertise in sales techniques, CRM systems, and customer care.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Exceptional organizational and team management skills.
- Motivated, creative, and results-driven with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
