Role Summary:

We seek a skilled and experienced PMO (Project Management Office) Consultant to join our team. The PMO Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by providing strategic guidance, best practices, and oversight. This role involves working closely with EIM partners, EIM interim managers, and EIM clients to manage and deliver EIM projects and drive project excellence and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• In liaison with the Partner, conduct comprehensive business assessments to identify areas for improvement.

• Support EIM Partners in drawing up action plans tailored to client needs.

• Draft client proposals and act as an additional key contact point for our clients and Interim Managers by supporting them in developing clients' strategic objectives.
• Manage the EIM Quality Assurance process.
• Support EIM Interim Managers in analysing the asistobe and producing useful, quality content for project delivery.
• Coordinate the Progress Review Meetings during the delivery of the project.
• Contribute to structuring and organising EIM know-how in his/her specific field of knowledge.
• Client relationships Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships will be integral to your role. This will involve communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Typically, 7-10 years of experience in international management consulting firms.
• Project management experience and skills: having been responsible for complex projects as a project leader in the specific field of intervention (for instance, Strategy formulation, M&A support/execution, BPR/BPO, Lean Transformation, Finance Transformation, Post-Merger Integration, Digital transformation, Top Line Growth/Sales Excellence, CRM, ERP implementation).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong command of spoken and written English (C2 level).
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Commercial attitude.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility to adapt to different industries and business environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
