SAP Bilingual Support Consultant (SAP FICO/MDM/SD)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for SAP AMS Support Consultant (SAP FICO/MDM/SD) who is well known with SAP English-Japanese terminology and have knowledge in cross module SAP FICO/SD/MDM Modules as Support Consultant and have hands on experience in FICO, SD and Master data management (Material, Vendor, Customer) are encouraged to apply for this position.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promptly address day to day business operational Issues related to SAP modules SD/MDM/FICO module incidents, Service Requests via Servicenow Ticketing tool.
• Gathering initial requirement for Master data management requirement from Business and register/change in SAP Production system.
• Monitoring and reviewing SD related Batch jobs and report critical issues to India Core SAP team members if any abnormality found.
• Involve in conducting trainings/knowledge sharing sessions on SAP related functions for new Japan SAP Users.
• Coordination with Technical ABAP team to address SD/FICO related issues.
• Coordination with Japanese Vendors whereas third party applications have linkage with SAP system for any critical issues or project requirements.
• Should have knowledge on SAP functions related Basic Design document, Detailed Design documents, Test document.
• Provide advice and solution to meet business change expectation; to meet the agreed delivery datelines.
• Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users.
• Understand configuration and customization of MDM/SD/FICO based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
• Meeting SLA: Working closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely.

Qualification / Requirements:

• The person must meet following qualifications and willing to improve one's abilities under supervisor's instructions:
• Fluency in Japanese (should have JLPT-N2/N1 above) and Business- English.
• Should be working in Japan time zone.
• Good opportunity to travel to Japan on Business trip according to Project requirement.
• Should have experience with cross modules SD/MDM/FICO and understanding integration topics.
• Hands-on project experience in S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Debugging knowledge in programming languages such as ABAP is an advantage.
