Role and Expectations
This position is responsible for leading system testing in the development of in-vehicle systems, including IVI, meters, HUD, and other products. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of test strategies, progress management, and quality control at each development stage, leading your team to develop high-quality in-vehicle systems based on QCD-conscious test plans.
Participating in the development project from the initial stage, the candidate will work closely with project members to formulate and execute test plans and promote problem-solving. In addition, the candidate is expected to contribute to the improvement of QCD of the overall development by considering automation and introduction of AI to improve testing efficiency.
Test plan formulation, execution, and progress management for in-vehicle systems
Analysis and evaluation of test data and proposal of quality improvement measures
Introduction and operation of test automation tools, promotion of efficiency improvement
Collaboration with development teams, problem solving, and adherence to quality standards
Training, guidance, and evaluation of test team members
Qualifications (Required)
At least 5 years of experience in in-vehicle systems testing
Experience in IVI, meter, or HUD testing
Experience in test planning and QCD management
Knowledge of test standards and test perspectives
Experience in developing and executing recovery plans in case of project delays
Qualifications (welcome)
Experience related to test automation and AI
JSTQB, ISTQB or other relevant certifications
Problem solving skills based on data analysis
Experience in leading and developing test teams
Ability to propose improvements to improve quality
Ability to coordinate and negotiate with related departments
