About the job Principal Consultant (Banking and Insurance)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute small to medium scale, multi-dimensional, complex led programs for clients to meet client and parameters of success and quality.
- Develop detailed program plan, carry out program execution as per the plan by coordinating with various track owners and client stakeholders.
- Draws a master schedule with appropriate milestones, conduct review with individual track owners for monitoring progress, calls out dependencies, risks and create appropriate mitigation for timeline adherence.
- Other Responsibilities include management of scope, schedule, risks, configurations, change management, communication, issue escalation, budget, quality, delivery, contract & vendor management, and people management.

- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in cross cultural teams and different geographical time zones.
Preferred:
- Experience in Multi-vendor scenario
Skills /Competencies:
- Experience as a program manager in medium to large end-to-end implementations of SAP ECC or S/4 HANA or other ERP packages for manufacturing / automotive/CPG customers.
- Bilingual, strong communication capabilities in Japanese / English
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 12 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Japanese citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, program management.
- Strong (near-native) Japanese skills, with business-level Japanese skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in Digital Transformation
- Experience on cloud migration or legacy migration projects
- Experience in Cloud
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in software development life cycle
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
