Job Purpose
This position is responsible for the overall operation of our official website, which is an important channel for attracting customers and for managing and processing customer information. Specifically, this position will analyze issues, plan, propose, and coordinate with IT, business, and other stakeholders, and lead improvement activities to resolve the issues.
In the upstream process, you will analyze customer feedback, access logs, contract data, and other data from a business perspective, identify issues, specify the scope of impact, and formulate hypotheses and plans based on these issues. In addition, during the system development phase, you will lead the project by acting as a liaison between business and IT to ensure smooth operation. In addition, you will collaborate with IT members to support the introduction of new products and tools.

Requirements for this position (1): Expertise and work experience
- The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in web system development or in working with business departments to support operations and define requirements.
- The candidate should be able to analyze and plan from multiple perspectives.
- Good communication skills with stakeholders.
- Experience in the following areas is a plus
- Experience in analyzing web access analysis tools in business operations.
- Experience in developing web systems related to insurance
- Experience in project management or lead.

- University degree or above

Responsibility

- Support the operation of the website (Static) and the introduction of new products and tools
- Progress and quality control of the planning, production, and operation of the official website
- Support for the introduction of new tools such as CMS and MA tools
- Support for website (Dynamic) operation, new products, and introduction of new tools
- Collaborate with related departments to create requirements for the impact of revisions to existing products and services, and support testing for their release
- Support implementation of new tools, including analysis tools
- Analyze issues and identify the scope of impact
- Conduct customer feedback and access analysis, define hypotheses, and create reports. Create requirements and lead the way in resolving the issues.
- Identify the impact of new products and services on the website. Work with contract management, payment team, etc. to promote the project.
