Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Deployment Strategist/DX Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and drive their digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for bidding, developing and executing deployment strategies that ensure the successful adoption and integration of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

· Engage with customers to understand their business objectives and digital transformation goals.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.

2. Strategy Development:

· Develop and implement customized deployment strategies to meet customer needs.

· Collaborate with internal teams (product management, engineering, marketing) to align deployment plans with customer requirements.

3. Deployment Execution:

· Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout the deployment process.

· Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure successful product adoption.

· Monitor deployment progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.

4. Performance Analysis:

· Analyze deployment outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in deployment strategy, customer engagement, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in deployment tools and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
