About the job M365 Technical Lead/Associate

Required skills.
Experience for technical lead, 5+ years of experience for TA
Excellent customer relations skills via voice/email and chat.
(Administrator level experience in any Office 365 product such as MS teams, Exchange, SharePoint,
OneDrive, AD, Power platform, Viva, etc.)
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, email migration, hybrid migration, Office365 application
troubleshooting, PowerShell scripting, and general Office365 technical support
Must be able to work shifts to provide 24/7 customer support.
Investigation, resolution, and timely response to questions
Stay up to date with the latest product information for all released software configurations.
Excellent professionalism and communication skills
Having a mindset of continuous improvement, never thinking that anything is enough, and wanting to raise
the bar will motivate you to work every day.
Ability to make sound decisions by making appropriate judgments in various situations such as interactions
with employees, work results, troubleshooting, etc. to achieve unified results.

Prior experience with MS-related support project experience (Concierge or Premier preferred)
Related Microsoft Certifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English
Work involves long hours of computer work and sitting. Able to communicate by phone, email, and face-toface. Business travel may be required depending on the nature of the job.
