Job Description

  • Project management and upstream design including system proposal, business analysis, requirement definition, customer negotiation, team communication, etc. 
  • Manage some personnel resources and income/expenses. Pre-sales activities with sales team.
  • Listen to clients' requirements and prepare proposals.
  • Provide business-related consulting for acquired projects as a CoE in the construction industry.
  • Identifying issues and problems in the construction industry and proposing improvements for the client's business.

Project Manager (PM) for system development.

  • Depending on the project, you are free to choose the job that fits your experience, or you may want to challenge yourself in an area you have no experience in in order to improve your skills.
  • It is also possible to transfer to other positions such as IT consulting or sales. 
  • Managers and above are also responsible for managing personnel resources and income/expenses.

Industry Knowledge/Experience

  • Experience in construction and building companies.
  • The ability to fully understand the issues (pain points) in the construction and building industry in Japan and around the world, and the ability to make proposals to improve these issues.

Technical knowledge and experience

  • Ability to prepare documents and presentations, and to provide consulting services to clients, especially those in the construction and building industry.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry, especially IT-related knowledge used in the building and construction industry.
  • Experience with architectural CAD and BIM tools.
  • No experience as a PM, but have experience as an SE and would like to be involved in a PM role.
  • Experience in offshore development.
