Insurance Project Manager - Tokyo

Job Description

This position is for a project manager (PM) in the development of systems for the insurance industry.

Specifically, you will be responsible for upstream design and overall project management, including system proposal, business analysis, requirement definition, customer negotiation, and team communication. You will work with members of the global ONE TEAM to promote development.

You can also transfer to another position such as IT consulting or sales.

The manager position and above will also be responsible for the management of personnel resources and income/expenses.

Examples of JOBs
1) Development of new functions and maintenance of current functions for a major life insurance company's management system
2) Development of tools related to automobile, cancer, and fire insurance business entrusted by an insurance company's IT department
3) Automation of processes using AI for a Southeast Asian life insurance group company

Required skills and experience

• Experience as a PM in insurance system development.
• Experience in insurance system development as a system engineer for about 3 years, and would like to advance your career to a PM.
