The presales lead of the Business Development Department is to support the activities of team members and maximize results. Sensitive to the market environment and regulatory trends specific to the healthcare
domain, develop sales budgets and formulate strategies. In collaboration with other related departments, we work to resolve issues for clients and the organization. In some cases, we make recommendations for product and service improvements to the business planning team and board members.

Job Description

• Develop budgets for the Business Development Department.
• Achieve the sales budget for the Business Development Department.
• Analyze, visualize, identify issues, and implement measures for the team.
• Prepare proposals and negotiations with customers.
• Collaboration with other departments

1. Developed a system to visualize and manage vital data such as body temperature, blood pressure, and blood glucose levels all at once for a major Japanese medical device manufacturer.
2. Developed a system that not only acquires healthcare data from IoT devices, but
   also analyzes and predicts the acquired data.
3. Responsible for all stages from the proposal phase to design, implementation, and testing for the touch panel and back-end parts of ultrasound diagnostic imaging devices.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of pre-sales / field sales experience in IT or consulting industry
• At least 3 years of experience in sales team management

• Experience in machine learning/AI system construction and proposal
