Insurance Broker - Customer Experience (remote)
Job Summary
We provide support for non-life insurance services and the candidate will play a key role in establishing the insurance agency business in Japan and ensuring regulatory compliance. This position is critical to our success in the Japanese market.
Main Duties
Conduct online non-life insurance solicitation, policy signing, and follow-up services.
Maintains a thorough knowledge of insurance laws and regulations and ensures compliance with them.
Prepare necessary documents, reports, applications, contracts, etc., and submit them to customers and insurance companies.
Lead in-house training programs to develop human resources as a solicitor (as needed).
Application Requirements
Japanese Native
Experience in business
High school graduate or above
