Digital Transformation Summer Intern

Reagan Consulting, Inc. (Reagan) is a partner-owned investment banking and management consulting firm based in Atlanta, GA. Reagan focuses on the insurance distribution industry, providing services to insurance agents and brokers across North America, including over 66 of the top 100 agents and brokers in the nation. Currently, we are seeking to hire a Digital Transformation Spring Intern.

The Digital Transformation Intern will assist the Director of Technology and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The intern will work with multiple stakeholders and contribute directly to improving technology operations and reporting capabilities, providing support on a wide variety of projects, including:

• Reporting & Analytics
  • Reviewing survey submissions and reports, identifying key trends and insights.
  • Building custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau to visualize data and track performance.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of custom reports for different clients.
• Process Improvement
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through technology.
  • Documenting and sharing best practices to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Salesforce Administration & Data Management
  • Updating and maintaining Salesforce records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Supporting users with various Salesforce-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Technology Operations Support
  • Supporting day-to-day technology operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Collaborating with the managed IT service provider to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Structure and Benefits:

• 5 days a week in-person for 8-10 weeks
