    Job Summary

    This role will be responsible for developing and executing annual business strategy, achieve accelerated growth and drive adoption of ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) in the Information Software space with Rockwell Automations Platforms for IoT, MES, Analytics, Augmented Reality, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management system), and other XaaS Offerings or adjacent partner offerings. ?As a self-starter youll lead the Disciplined Outcome Based Sales Process within our territory, while ensuring that the right Delivery Partner is involved to enable successful solution deployment, in all applicable industry verticals like Automotive, Food and Beverage, Water/Wastewater, Chemical, and Oil and Gas.

    What youll be working on:

  • Strong understanding of Digital Transformation and the business drivers applicable to software
  • Planning and delivery of accelerated business growth, including targets, competency, investments.
  • Able to recognize customer challenges and creatively help customers solve their application needs.
  • Manages complexity and adaptable to change.
  • Strong adoption of CRM platforms to enable understanding of your business performance, build and maintain an Opportunity funnel for the Information Software business and be able to work with the stakeholders by prioritizing and leading a disciplined sales process.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal relationships, organizational and written/verbal communication skills, including speaking in front of small and large groups.
  • Partnering mindset. Work hand-in-hand with Delivery Partners in a trusting and collaborative environment while pursuing opportunities.
  • Effectively collaborate with internal/external Sales and Product Specialist teams to enable successful customer outcomes.
  • Administer and implement marketing and promotion campaigns for product launches/key initiatives.
  • Understand market conditions, competitive forces, determine market share, and identify opportunities for growth through an annual business plan.
  • Ability to define and grow new markets for emerging product technologies.
  • Responsible for Information Software business revenue performance

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering OR equivalent combination of skills, experience, or education -
  • 2+ Years of relevant experience / knowledge applying Rockwell Automation products or equivalent competitive software solutions; Minimum: foundation of experience to quickly adapt into this space.
  • Inspire, influence, lead and communicate across a diverse team not under direct management.
  • Regularly overcome objections and able to orchestrate creative alternatives.
  • Serve as domain expert around Information Software and related Services, and continuously build technical and commercial competency.
  • Ability to speak with customers, demonstrating domain technical/commercial expertise while instilling confidence and credibility.
  • Must be adaptable, able to new learn new products / technologies, especially those adjacent products outside area of expertise.
  • Outcome-based selling experience with understanding of industrial OT business drivers, or at minimum experiences as foundation to work towards this.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Must hold a valid passport and be able to travel to the US for Occasional Training/Events
