About the job Client Experience Specialist

The Client Experience Specialist works as part of the Service Delivery Team to help build and enhance our Client’s overall experience. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining user facing content, delivering training, and building client relationships while maintaining Company Values.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in pre-sales product demonstrations and to aid in developing proposals when required
  • Provide post-sales assistance to the Implementation Team to build a relationship with clients and deliver any product demonstrations to ensure alignment.
  • Deliver exceptional support to existing and potential business users
  • Analyze client business needs and recommend “best practices” within the suite of software
  • Create and maintain training scripts, user guides, quick reference guides, training videos, and any other client facing tools.
  • Provide on site training and support for end users.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in remote workforce management considered an asset.
  • Excellent customer service, strong interpersonal and well-developed communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively written and verbally
  • Critical thinker, resourceful with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail, applying quality standards to all tasks undertaken and ensuring nothing is overlooked
  • An intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is preferred
