The Role

We are seeking an experienced OpEx Manager to lead the design and rollout of a company-wide Operational Excellence framework. This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery setting standards, guiding change, and driving performance across multiple business units.

You'll partner with senior leaders to embed quality-first processes, uplift internal capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement that benefits staff, clients, and operations alike.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy a fit-for-purpose Operational Excellence and Quality framework
  • Lead internal audits and standardisation of policies, procedures, and reporting
  • Train and mentor internal teams on Lean Six Sigma and process improvement
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives and monitor implementation outcomes
  • Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and change adoption across teams
  • Align process excellence initiatives with broader organisational strategy


Requirements

  • 10-15 years' experience in Quality, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement
  • Strong exposure to multinational environments or complex operational structures
  • Background in engineering, manufacturing, consulting, or service industries
  • Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
  • Bachelors in Engineering (Masters preferred)
  • Proven track record of designing and executing excellence frameworks
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills
