Supply Chain & logistics Manager

Rech International is hiring a Manager - SCM to lead and oversee the logistics department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all logistics operations, resolving logistical challenges, and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency. Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the logistics team and day-to-day operations.

• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

• Resolve logistics issues such as delays, shortages, or damages.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement process innovations to enhance delivery performance and reduce costs.

• Maintain and analyze logistics KPIs to improve department performance.

• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production departments for seamless supply chain coordination.

• Utilize SAP or other ERP systems for logistics planning, inventory tracking, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent knowledge of logistics software, with SAP experience preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Location: Pechs, Block 6 ,near Faran hotel

Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Working Days: Monday - Saturday (Onsite)
