Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales, service, and application processes for surgical business operations, ensuring the achievement of targets for assigned accounts and product lines.
• Develop and implement strategies while managing the team to meet organizational goals and objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities by strengthening existing relationships and establishing new connections with key hospitals and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain an effective and accurate sales opportunity pipeline, providing regular market updates and forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Communicate product value propositions effectively, highlighting differentiators to prospects, and regularly monitor performance metrics, suggesting improvements as needed.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills to drive successful outcomes.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical devices, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.

Job Requirements:

• Masters/Bachelors degree with a pre-medical background will be preferred.
• 7 to 8 years of sales experience minimum 2 years field experience required in Sales of Medical Devices/Medical Equipment/ Surgical Disposable/ Pharmaceuticals, products.
• Excellent written and verbal skills with willingness to travel and have sound knowledge of geographical locations.
• Excellent Managerial skills with the ability to handle the cross functional teams.
• Experience in managing customers account preferably Healthcare industry.

Location: PECHS, Block 6, near Faran Hotel

Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Working Days: Monday - Saturday
