Job Title: National Sales Manager (Neuro & Spine Surgical Medical Equipments)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to drive sales growth, lead the sales team, and build long-term client relationships across the healthcare sector. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a solid background in medical equipment sales, with exposure to hospitals, surgery, and operating room environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Develop and train a high-performing sales team.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Provide clinical and product support, training, and presentations to customers.
  • Lead territory planning, forecasting, and account management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor competition, identify opportunities, and implement sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing on product launches and promotions.
  • Manage inventory, back-orders, and ensure high-level customer service.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree (Required) in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Pharm-D, or related field.
  • 10+ years experience in healthcare sales with at least 2 years in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong background in medical equipment sales (Neuro , Spine , orthopedic (would be a plus) , surgical, hospital).
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Travel inside designated territory will be required (up to 25% to 50% depending on territory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time - Onsite

Working Days: Monday - Saturday;

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
