Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across all departments. This includes sourcing candidates, managing applications, conducting background checks, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth induction experience for new hires. The role requires a proactive, organized, and deadline-driven individual who can perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance and induction.

  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Manatal, LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, and other relevant platforms for candidate sourcing and pipeline management.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.

  • Develop and post job descriptions and advertisements to attract qualified talent.

  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and schedule further evaluations with departmental heads.

  • Handle high-volume hiring efficiently, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

  • Conduct background checks and employment verifications in coordination with HR and external agencies.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, metrics, and reports for management review.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and smooth onboarding processes.

  • Support HR initiatives related to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and employee referrals.

  • Contribute to improving the overall recruitment strategy and talent pipeline quality.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred but not mandatory).

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or multi-branch organization.

  • Proven experience in handling high-pressure recruitment cycles and meeting tight hiring deadlines.

  • Practical knowledge of Manatal ATS, LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, and other sourcing tools or job boards.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, candidate experience management, and onboarding best practices.

  • Experience in conducting background checks and employee induction processes.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment-related platforms.
