Regional Sales Manager – Islamabad/Rawalpindi

Rech International is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (Islamabad/Rawalpindi based) to drive sales and business development for its portfolio of Neurosurgery equipment, surgical instruments, and related medical devices. The role requires a highly proactive professional capable of independently managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and expanding business across both private and public sector hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the neurosurgery product portfolio.

  • Actively visit neurosurgeons, hospitals, and healthcare institutions to promote neurosurgical equipment and solutions.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with neurosurgeons, key opinion leaders, biomedical teams, and hospital management.

  • Manage and grow sales in both private and government healthcare sectors.

  • Handle the complete government tender process, including monitoring tender announcements, preparing documentation, coordinating internally, and ensuring timely submissions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with hospital procurement departments and biomedical engineering teams.

  • Manage key customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales coordination.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts, market intelligence, and competitive updates.

  • Communicate product value propositions effectively and position products against competitors.

  • Coordinate internally with logistics, service, and application teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree (pre-medical background preferred).

  • 7–8 years of sales experience in medical devices or medical equipment, preferably surgical equipment.

  • Prior experience selling neurosurgery equipment, surgical microscopes, navigation systems, or related surgical technologies will be preferred.

  • Strong experience selling capital medical equipment to hospitals.

  • Hands-on experience with government tender procedures and hospital procurement systems.

  • Strong relationships with hospitals and neurosurgeons will be an advantage.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel frequently and manage regional market activities independently.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and hospital purchasing processes.
