Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Regulatory Intern to support our team in managing tender documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with relevant authorities. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in tendering processes, compliance, and regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Support

  • Assist in identifying and tracking new tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs from relevant platforms.

  • Support the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender documents.

  • Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.

  • Maintain tender trackers, records, and filing systems.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect required technical, financial, and compliance documents.

Regulatory & Compliance Support

  • Assist in maintaining records related to licenses, registrations, renewals, and certifications.

  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Help prepare documentation for regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections.

  • Track regulatory updates and report relevant changes to the team.

Coordination & Documentation

  • Liaise with internal departments for data, approvals, and supporting documents.

  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital records.

  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and trackers as required.

Learning & Development

  • Gain exposure to public and private sector tendering processes.

  • Learn regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.

  • Develop documentation, coordination, and professional communication skills.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
