About the job Sales Coordinator
Job description:
- Store Maintenance, Stock recording, ordering, tracking of items, parked items in hospitals.
- Maintaining record of cases detail, invoicing & delivery notes.
- Keeping track of instruments, implants delivery & returns.
- Quotation & letter preparation.
- Must provide support in Tender preparation / Documentation.
- Preparation of weekly / Month / Yearly sales Reports.
- Coordinate with Sales team & Manager.
- Maintain Meeting Schedules of team.
- Can work under pressure.
Requirements:
Must be excellent at MS Word, Excel, Power-point. SAP knowledge would be a plus.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors
Experience: Min 1year - 2 Years
Priority will be given to those who have a Medical background or Working experience in Medical field.
