Job Description: HR Executive / Officer
Job location: PECHS, Block 6, Near Faran Hotel
Working Days & Hours: Monday - Saturday, 9am - 6pm
Role Purpose
Provide generalist HR support across payroll, benefits, recruitment coordination, compliance, and HR operations to ensure seamless HR service delivery and accurate, timely processing.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
Assist in end-to-end payroll: collect timesheets, validate data, coordinate with Finance, and ensure on-time salary disbursement with <1% errors.
Benefits Administration:
Enroll or terminate employees in insurance and other benefit programs; maintain benefits records.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Prepare offer and appointment letters, coordinate orientation schedules, ensure completion of all new-hire documentation.
Conduct exit formalities and compile exit-interview data for trend analysis.
HRIS Management:
Maintain and update FlowHCM (or equivalent): employee records, attendance, leave requests, digital document uploads; ensure 99% data accuracy.
Background & Reference Checks:
Coordinate residence verification, reference checks, and clearance from previous employers for all new hires (and periodic checks for existing staff).
Recruitment Support:
Post job ads, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, update the recruitment dashboard, and track test/interview feedback within 3 business days.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and file HR documents (contracts, policy acknowledgments).
Compile and distribute weekly HR reports: headcount, turnover, payroll summary, training participation.
Prepare & manage HR documentation (Offer letters, NDAs, contracts, policies, etc.)
Employee Queries & Escalation:
Respond to 95% of general HR queries within 2 working days; escalate complex issues to the Assistant Manager HR.
Handle employee grievances & engagement matters
Training Coordination:
Schedule training sessions, track attendance and completion, and maintain the training log.

Contribute to HR process-improvement and automation projects as assigned.
What Were Looking For:
Min 1-2 years of HR experience (Operations)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask across different HR functions
Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Must have minimum 1 year experience in Flow HCM
