Role overview
This is a back-office coordination role bridging our commercial and technical teams. The Biomedical Engineer – Sales Coordinator will manage pre- and post-sales processes, support tender and regulatory submissions, handle product documentation, and liaise with international principals — ensuring deals move smoothly from inquiry to delivery.
Key responsibilities
Process and track sales orders, quotations, and purchase orders from initiation to delivery
Coordinate with field sales teams, logistics, and warehouse to ensure timely fulfilment
Liaise with international principals for product specifications, pricing, availability, and shipment follow-up
Maintain product databases, catalogues, and technical datasheets in an organised, up-to-date format
Handle customer and hospital queries that require technical clarification on device specifications or compatibility
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and coordination summaries for management review
Support the repair workshop team with spare parts ordering and warranty claim coordination
Qualifications & requirements
Education
Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering (BE/BS BME) from a recognised university
Experience
2–4 years in a medical device, pharma, or healthcare sales coordination role
Technical skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
Soft skills
Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under deadlines
