Operation Executive

Hiring: Operations Executive (Full-Time)

Rech International is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in Karachi. As a leading supplier of orthopaedic and surgical equipment, we need a professional who can handle the fast-paced coordination required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Manage daily administrative tasks and streamline workflow efficiencies.
• Co ordinations with the Departments: With (Logistics, Supply chain & others)
• Data Management: Maintain accurate operational records, inventory trackers, and performance reports.
• Process Improvement: Participate in reviews to optimise our surgical equipment supply chain.
• Documentation: Prepare professional summaries, presentations, and internal reports.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree (Fresh graduates with a strong drive are encouraged to apply).
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential) & also have familiarity with SAP(or ERP systems)
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Traits: High attention to detail, initiative-taker, and excellent time management.

Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi (In-person)

Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Working Days: Monday - Saturday
