Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities between the Sales Team, National Sales Manager, Branch Offices, Logistics, and Stores.

  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales data, and customer follow-ups.

  • Prepare quotations, delivery notes, invoices, and tender documentation.

  • Track sales orders, instrument/implant deliveries, parked items, and hospital returns.

  • Generate weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports for management review.

  • Maintain and organize meeting schedules, follow-up lists, and communication updates for the National Sales Manager.

  • Assist in inventory coordination with the store team to ensure availability of implants and instruments.

  • Support in tender submissions, documentation, and compliance files.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order execution.

  • Perform general administrative and coordination duties as required by the sales leadership team.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or Supply Chain).

  • Experience: 12 years in sales coordination, CRM management, or sales support role.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    • Working knowledge of SAP Business One or any ERP/CRM system (preferred).

    • Excellent record-keeping and reporting skills.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication and follow-up skills.

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

    • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
