About the job Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Biomedical
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities between the Sales Team, National Sales Manager, Branch Offices, Logistics, and Stores.

Maintain and update CRM records, sales data, and customer follow-ups.

Prepare quotations, delivery notes, invoices, and tender documentation.

Track sales orders, instrument/implant deliveries, parked items, and hospital returns.

Generate weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports for management review.

Maintain and organize meeting schedules, follow-up lists, and communication updates for the National Sales Manager.

Assist in inventory coordination with the store team to ensure availability of implants and instruments.

Support in tender submissions, documentation, and compliance files.
-
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order execution.

Perform general administrative and coordination duties as required by the sales leadership team.
Requirements

Education: Minimum Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or Supply Chain).

Experience: 12 years in sales coordination, CRM management, or sales support role.

Technical Skills:

Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Working knowledge of SAP Business One or any ERP/CRM system (preferred).

Excellent record-keeping and reporting skills.
