We are seeking a Proactive Admin Assistant who can efficiently manage both indoor and outdoor administrative tasks to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation.

  • Manage groceries purchase, stock, and ensure timely availability of daily grocery, Kitchen & office supplies, procurement, and facility requirements.
  • Coordinate and execute outdoor tasks such as vendor visits, bank-related work, or government office follow-ups.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling, and travel arrangements.

  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to manage both fieldwork and office-based responsibilities.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Prior experience in admin/operations will be a plus.

Location: PECHS, Block 6, Near Hotel Faran

Working Hours & Days: 9am - 6pm , Monday - Saturday.
