Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate professional invoices and perform regular account reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy.
  • Manage payment recovery follow-ups and oversee the timely deposit of amounts into company accounts.
  • Oversee all daily branch administration matters to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
  • Provide comprehensive assistance to the Head Office in managing and implementing tasks across all departments.
  • Act as the primary liaison for branch employees by communicating HR matters and departmental concerns to the Head Office.
  • Manage petty cash funds, including tracking daily expenses, maintaining receipts, and preparing reports.
  • Actively follow up on Open DNS tickets and other pending administrative issues until they are fully resolved.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office facilities and manage inventory supplies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
  • Experience:2–4 years of proven experience in a combined Administrative and Accounting role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional follow-up skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and strong professional communication.

Working Hours:

  • Standard Timing: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM
  • Ramadan Timing: 10:00 AM to 05:30 PM
