RecLatam is partnering with a distinguished U.S.based intellectual property law firm that supports innovators, entrepreneurs, and business owners in protecting and growing their ideas. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the firms expanding marketing initiatives, manage organizational processes, and strengthen overall brand visibility.

Position Overview
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting integrated marketing efforts with a strong focus on organization, project coordination, and execution. The role includes responsibilities across non-digital marketing (print, events, networking) as well as digital support (content scheduling, analytics, coordination with creative teams).
You will ensure that all campaigns and initiatives align with the firms strategic marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the firms marketing and content calendar in collaboration with the social media coordinator.
- Plan, organize, and track print and offline marketing initiatives including brochures, mailers, and promotional materials.
- Assist in identifying and coordinating networking and sponsorship opportunities, including events, conferences, and community outreach.
- Support the preparation and distribution of marketing collateral for events, presentations, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all platforms.
- Monitor and compile marketing analytics and performance reports; help translate data into actionable insights.
- Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, event organizers, and media outlets.
- Maintain an organized repository of marketing assets, press archives, advertisements, and campaign materials.
- Provide administrative and operational support for marketing campaigns and special initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or event support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable analyzing data and summarizing insights into recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Knowledge of professional services marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel dashboards, Meta Platform, YouTube Studio).
