We are currently hiring a Personal Injury Case Manager to support a growing Ohio-based law firm. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced personal injury practice and work directly with attorneys and clients.
Role Overview
The Case Manager will manage personal injury files from intake through settlement, maintain consistent client communication, coordinate medical treatment records, and ensure cases progress efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolution
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case updates
- Coordinate medical treatment follow-ups and request medical records and bills
- Track case deadlines and ensure proper documentation is uploaded to the case management system
- Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims status and documentation
- Prepare case summaries and settlement demand packages
- Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative and case-related tasks
- Ensure accurate data entry and file organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in personal injury law (required)
- Experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal preferred
- Familiarity with U.S. personal injury workflows and terminology
- Experience using case management systems (Filevine, Clio, Litify, or similar is a plus)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
