About the Role
Reclatam is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Paralegal to support a dynamic business law practice. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with business clients across diverse industries. The position offers flexibility, independence, and the chance to grow within business and corporate law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct trademark research, clearance searches, and prepare applications.
  • Draft and review contracts and business administrative filings.

  • Support due diligence and document preparation for business acquisitions.
  • Perform legal research to support attorneys and client matters.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client files and case 

    materials.
  • Meet with potential and new clients to gather information and conduct consultations.
  • Assist in strengthening relationships with existing clients.

  • Provide support for scheduling, calendar management, and professional communications.
  • File documents with courts and government agencies.

Required Qualifications

  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or Bachelors degree with relevant legal experience.
  • 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in business or 

    corporate law.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
  • Client service orientation with a professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with trademark law and USPTO procedures.

  • Familiarity with common business contracts (e.g., NDAs, privacy policies, service agreements).
  • Knowledge of business formation and corporate transactions.

  • Prior experience with practice management systems.

  • Background in a small to mid-sized law firm environment.
