About the Role
Reclatam is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Paralegal to support a dynamic business law practice. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with business clients across diverse industries. The position offers flexibility, independence, and the chance to grow within business and corporate law.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct trademark research, clearance searches, and prepare applications.

Draft and review contracts and business administrative filings.
- Support due diligence and document preparation for business acquisitions.

Perform legal research to support attorneys and client matters.

Maintain organized and up-to-date client files and case
materials. - Meet with potential and new clients to gather information and conduct consultations.

Assist in strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Provide support for scheduling, calendar management, and professional communications.

File documents with courts and government agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or Bachelors degree with relevant legal experience.

3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in business or
corporate law. -
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.

Client service orientation with a professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with trademark law and USPTO procedures.
- Familiarity with common business contracts (e.g., NDAs, privacy policies, service agreements).

Knowledge of business formation and corporate transactions.

Prior experience with practice management systems.

Background in a small to mid-sized law firm environment.
