About Us:
Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a reputable Family Law Firm that provides compassionate and professional legal services. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the firm’s day-to-day operations. This is a part-time, hourly role ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work and helping clients feel supported and heard.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and empathy
Take detailed messages and route calls appropriately
Perform data entry and maintain organized digital files
Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Follow up with clients as needed via phone or email
Support the team with other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role (legal field a plus)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Experience with Clio is a plus, but not required
