About Our Client:
We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant on behalf of a client company seeking a proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and project management support. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the efficient functioning of their daily operations.
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will handle administrative, client-facing, marketing, and HR tasks, requiring exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in various software and tools.
Responsibilities:

Administrative: Conduct research, create presentations and SOPs, draft documents, manage emails and projects, oversee onboarding/offboarding, organize files, handle travel and event planning, prepare agreements, manage schedules, and perform bookkeeping tasks.

Client Interaction: Answer inquiries, manage payments, confirm appointments, and request documentation.

Marketing: Create/edit videos, send newsletters, update website content, and manage social media.

HR & IT: Set up tools, assist with payroll, coordinate HR processes, and manage user credentials.
Qualifications:

Executive Assistant experience.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with tools like CallRail, HubSpot, Teamwork, Wave is a plus.

Experience with WordPress and social media management is a plus.

Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.
