Personal Injury Case Management Assistant (Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Injury Case Management Assistant with experience in pre-litigation and intake to support our legal team remotely. This is a contract position where you will work closely with the Lead Case Manager, assisting with daily case administration and client coordination. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Personal Injury matters, strong communication skills, and is comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Case Manager with day-to-day administration of Personal Injury cases in pre-litigation stages.

• Manage intake processes, including initial client communication, information gathering, and file setup.

• Maintain and update case files accurately using Casepeer.

• Coordinate and track case progress, deadlines, and follow-ups.

• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and internal team members via phone and email.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls using RingCentral.

• Organize and manage documentation using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).

• Ensure accurate data entry and consistent case status updates.

Qualifications

• Required: Prior experience in Personal Injury as a Case Manager Assistant, Case Manager, or Intake Specialist.

• Strong understanding of pre-litigation case workflows.

• Proficiency with Casepeer, RingCentral, and Google Workspace.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a U.S.-based legal team.

• Prior experience working with a U.S. law firm is a plus.
