Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of discovery for California-based legal matters.

• Organize, review, and manage document productions using legal tech tools.

• Coordinate with attorneys and legal teams to ensure timely and compliant responses to discovery requests.

• Draft and manage discovery-related documents, including subpoenas, responses, and privilege logs.

• Maintain organized and secure electronic case files.

• Support ongoing litigation and compliance efforts in collaboration with legal and technical teams.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience handling discovery in California litigation (state and/or federal).

• Strong understanding of legal discovery procedures and best practices.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Comfortable using legal technology platforms and open to learning new tools.

• Experience with AI, tech companies, or startups is a plus.
