Civil Litigation Paralegal (Employment Law)

We are hiring on behalf of a boutique and growing law firm that focuses on employment law litigation. The firm is committed to delivering high-quality legal services while fostering a supportive, collaborative environment all within a fully remote structure.

Job Description:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join the team on a contract basis. This is a remote position supporting attorneys primarily in civil litigation with a focus on employment law cases. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills, be organized, and able to manage tasks independently while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and prepare legal documents including complaints, motions, and discovery.

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings.

• Review and organize case materials and evidence.

• Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation.

• Maintain client communication in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of California employment law is a required.

• Proficient in drafting legal documents and managing litigation timelines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting.

• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Associates degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred.
