We are seeking a highly qualified, Spanish-speaking Removal Defense Paralegal with extensive hands-on experience in removal proceedings and USCIS applications, including Adjustment of Status and related filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage USCIS forms (including Adjustment of Status and related applications)
• Support removal defense cases, including case preparation and procedural filings
• Communicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy

• Gather, organize, and review supporting documentation

• Maintain case files and manage deadlines

• Provide advanced support to attorneys on complex immigration matters

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Strong, proven experience in removal defense (3 years)

• Deep knowledge of USCIS forms and procedures

• Ability to handle complex, nuanced cases independently

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Prior experience with U.S.-based immigration law firms preferred
