Customer Outreach Specialist 

Reclatam is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Email Marketing & Customer Outreach Specialist to support one of our clients in the medical device industry. In this back-office role, you will execute email marketing campaigns and customer outreach efforts for a firm representing independent manufacturers of custom medical device components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute formatted email newsletters and outreach campaigns using client-provided content
• Send personalized emails to prospects and customers on behalf of the client
• Ensure all communications maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy
• Manage email formatting and distribution through the client's email system
• Track and report on campaign execution
• Communicate effectively with contacts in the medical device industry

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Strong professional email communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Reliable and consistent work habits
• Comfortable working on a company-issued laptop with monitoring systems
• Basic understanding of professional business communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the medical device industry or technical product knowledge
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Understanding of B2B sales processes
• Ability to understand technical product specifications
