About the Opportunity
We are hiring on behalf of a growing U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm in Georgia seeking a Part-Time Intake Specialist / Virtual Assistant to join their team.
This is a fully remote position for a proactive, organized, and client-focused professional who enjoys communicating with clients and supporting legal operations. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a Personal Injury law firm as an Intake Specialist, Legal Assistant, or in another client-facing role within the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
  
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Conduct initial client intake and gather relevant case information.
  
• Maintain accurate client records and update the firm's case management system.
  
• Organize and manage legal documents, correspondence, and client files.
  
• Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-up communications.
  
• Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys and the legal team.
  
• Ensure all client information is documented accurately and confidentially.
  
• Assist with general virtual assistant duties to support the firm's daily operations.
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Personal Injury law firm is required.
  
• Experience as an Intake Specialist, Legal Assistant, or in a client-facing legal support role.
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Advanced to Fluent).
  
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.
