Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create tailored treatment plans for patients, leveraging advanced techniques and technology.
• Deliver direct patient care and meticulously document progress, providing guidance to patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with Level III physical therapists and leadership to drive program development initiatives.
• Serve as a mentor and resource to fellow PTs, as well as provide training to students and interns.
• Oversee patient care provided by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Previous experience in pelvic floor therapy strongly preferred.

Must-Haves:

1. Previous pelvic floor experience.
2. Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university-based program.
3. Current license to practice Physical Therapy by Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or by the Physical Therapy Compact Commission.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

• Proficiency in fine hand dexterity, communication (both verbal and written), and eye-hand coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret evaluation findings accurately.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Take ownership of patient care, from evaluation to treatment planning and implementation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Foster effective communication with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Actively participate in professional development activities and share expertise with the team.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and organizational standards.
• Serve as a compassionate advocate for patients and uphold our commitment to personalized care.
