Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop specialized treatment plans to promote recovery and independence.
- Communicate patient progress or challenges to supervisors and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
- Document patient care in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including equipment upkeep.
- Participate in marketing efforts, team conferences, and in-services as needed.
Must-Haves:
- Active Arizona OT License.
- Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation.
- Openness to working with new graduates.
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Minimum of six months occupational therapy experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
